Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take six years away from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete the college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left competing in top competitions including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. In 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took 6 years to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. In October 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectations. She was happy with her placement. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. It is common to warm up before the actual training. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
